What do we need to get started?
An Oracle EPM or NetSuite EPM planning application, the Oracle Cloud tenancy that came with it, a Claude plan that supports custom connectors, and the people who administer your Oracle identity domain and your OCI tenancy for a short activation call.
Does anything get installed?
Nothing on anyone’s computer. Buren runs as a small service inside your own Oracle Cloud tenancy, installed with you during activation.
How long does activation take?
Activation is included in the one-time fee and scheduled around availability. Once we have access to your Oracle Cloud tenancy, clients are generally live the same day.
How do people sign in?
Each user signs in individually through your company’s Oracle identity domain. No shared passwords.
Where does Buren run?
In your own Oracle Cloud Infrastructure tenancy, under your administration. Credentials are held in your OCI Vault and all traffic is TLS-encrypted.
Does it get better over time?
Yes. Buren learns your model’s names and aliases. Rate an answer up or down and it adjusts.
Is Buren new?
Yes. Buren is a recent release. Early customers get direct access to the people who built it.
Is Buren part of Oracle, NetSuite or Anthropic?
